Transport International Pool

Newco Construction was approached by Transport International Pool to design and construct a 10,000 square foot building to house their office and trailer bay facilities. The client's needs were reviewed and it was determined that a building consisting of 2,100 square feet of office space and 5,110 square feet of service bays would satisfy their needs. Plans for the building were designed and drawn in-house. The building was estimated. Newco Construction was given a turn key agreement to construct the project. A 19'-8" high steel building was erected with brick and metal cladding and a sloped roof. The land surrounding the building was paved for a concrete drive and parking lot and the area was extensively landscaped to meet the client's needs.
