Newco Construction was selected to submit a proposal to design and construct a 62,500 square foot building to house offices and a parts warehouse facility. The project was awarded to Newco and plans were designed and drawn in- house for a building consisting of 4,200 square feet of office space, 58,200 square feet of parts storage and a 4,200 square foot office mezzanine. Special design consideration was given to aerosol storage located in the facility. The building was erected of steel with metal cladding and a flat roof. The land surrounding the building was extensively paved for a driveway and large parking area.
