Newco Construction was engaged to lead a comprehensive transformation of a 35,000 sq. ft. 1970s commercial building. The project included significant exterior upgrades—new glazing systems, updated fascia, and modern feature entryways—bringing the property up to contemporary architectural standards.

Inside, the structure was fully demolished to allow for complete redevelopment. Newco delivered turnkey tenant fit-ups for multiple national and professional tenants, including Wawanesa Insurance, EXP Engineering, Innomar Clinic, and VitalAire. Each space was built to exacting specifications, ensuring operational efficiency, long-term durability, and an elevated client experience.
